Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are shipped a defective product, please notify us immediately by email ( kindly include pictures of defect). The product will be assessed once received by us ( courier charge is your expense ) and if found to be defective , a replacement or refund will be issued to you.
If the order you receive is incorrect ( provided the packaging has not been opened etc ) we will replace the item and refund your return shipping costs.
No other returns or exchanges are accepted. House D’luxe does not claim responsibility for lost or stolen items that are confirmed as delivered by the courier to the address supplied during the transaction.
