Care & Usage Guide

• Choose the right size room. A 500 ml refill suits medium rooms; the 2500 ml is ideal for larger or open-plan spaces where you want lasting, room-filling fragrance.
• Allow an initial soak. After inserting the sticks, leave them undisturbed for about one hour so the liquid can travel fully up each reed before you first flip them.
• Adjust intensity by turning the reeds. Flipping all sticks daily gives a stronger scent throw; flipping fewer sticks, or turning them less often, gives a subtler diffusion.
• Replace the reeds when saturated. Over time, dust and dried fragrance will clog the reed channels and reduce diffusion. Swap in a fresh set whenever you notice the scent weakening despite turning.
• Position away from heat, direct sunlight, and air currents. Placing the diffuser near a radiator, sunny windowsill, or fan accelerates evaporation and shortens the fragrance life significantly.
• Keep the liquid level near the bottle curve. Ensure there is always enough liquid reaching the lower bend of the bottle so the reeds remain saturated and diffusion stays consistent.
